Salary - $100,000 - $120,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Manager to support the effective management of customer contracts within a subscription-based environment. This role is responsible for reviewing contract terms, managing renewal timelines, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate information about their agreements.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret customer contracts to identify renewal dates, terms, conditions, and termination clauses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and renewal activity within CRM or contract management systems
Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates, outlining available options and next steps
Respond to customer queries regarding contract terms, renewals, and termination processes in a timely and accurate manner
Identify discrepancies or potential issues within contracts and escalate where appropriate
Work closely with internal teams, including Legal and Finance, to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management and renewal processes
Maintain clear records of all customer interactions related to renewals.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a renewals, complaints, or contract-focused role, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business
Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and interpreting contractual information
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service
