About the role

BlueSky Psychology is seeking a passionate and experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing practice. Based in Adelaide, SA, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. The role is suited to a qualified Psychologist looking to work in a flexible, supportive environment.

What youll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients

• Developing and delivering tailored treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care

• Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical requirements

• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices

What were looking for

• Registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Post-qualification experience working in a psychology or mental health setting

• Any amount of post-qualification experience is acceptable for this position

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based psychological therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

• Proficiency in at least one evidence-based psychological therapy is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to clients

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care

• Australian work rights are required for this position
