  • $85,187 per annum plus superannuation

About the role

The Major Events and Festivals team is looking for a Production Assistant to support the delivery of some of Sydney's biggest events.

In this role, you'll:

  • provide administration, production, operations and logistics support

  • assist with procurement documents and supplier agreements

  • help with event set-up, operation and pack-down

  • prepare and update safety plans, schedules, maps and manuals

  • complete event admin tasks such as agendas, minutes and action lists

  • support event control rooms and take on hands-on roles during events.

To be successful, you will have qualifications and/or previous experience in major event production, and in the provision of administrative, operational, production, technical and logistical support within a dynamic team environment. You will also have a current NSW driver licence (or willingness to obtain).

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
