The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) in Family Law who is eager to develop their own practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, having brought in at least $200k in work over the past 12 months.
This role is pivotal to the firm's succession plan, as the current Partners approach retirement. For the right candidate, this presents a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to partnership.
From the day you arrive, you will be introduced to the Partners referrers with the view of you taking over these client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including property settlements and parenting arrangements.
Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
Collaborate with experienced solicitors and support staff in a supportive team environment.
Drive the growth and development of the family law practice.
