Principal Consultant - SustainabilityTalent Nation is seeking a commercially savvy sustainability leader to join us as a Principal Consultant - Sustainability. This is a senior advisory role within the Sustainability team, supporting the General Manager in growing capability, impact, and reputation across APAC.

The Role
The Principal Consultant | Sustainability Strategy Lead leads the approach to sustainability reporting and disclosure, transition risk, and decarbonisation planning. You will deliver credible, actionable insights aligned with global frameworks and Australian standards, including ASRS. The role strengthens service delivery, expands offerings, and builds team capability to help clients navigate regulatory change, manage risk, and unlock long-term value through sustainability.
