We are currently looking for Operator - Plasma Scanning to join our team at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Area Lead - Plasma Scanning, you will be responsible to verify each unit of plasma is scanned onto an ERP system, provide plasma and paste to Manufacturing areas and sample Plasma units.

NOTE - Multiple Fixed-Term (12-month) and Permanent roles available.

These roles involve regular manual handling, prolonged periods of standing, and repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and performing routine motions throughout the shift.

The roles will encompass working on morning and/or afternoon shift and involve overtime/weekend work. You may be required to work inside the -28°C OR -40°C freezer.

Your Role

• Accurately scan plasma units into ERP system (SAP).

• Understand and follow the requirements of the TGA, cGMP, and other guidelines relating to the delivery of plasma and paste to the manufacturing areas

• Review, update and implement all plasma scanning and paste delivery related documentation.

• Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures resulting in improvements to the Single Unit Verification (SUV) area.

• Assist with the tasks relating to quarantine/reject units.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing or related environment.

• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and GWP in a warehouse environment.

• Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP Systems) would be highly regarded.

• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel).

• Customer-focused mindset.

• Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
