- Lead and inspire a team of 11, driving a positive and high-performing culture

- Broad and influential role spanning finance, HR, compliance, and marketing support
- Supervise the receptionist and administrative team, mentoring junior staff and creating a cohesive team culture across the business
- Oversee trust accounting and finance reporting in line with Queensland Law Society regulations
- Support billing and audit preparation, and provide back-up assistance to accounts
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development
- Set and monitor KPIs, billables, and file reviews to drive performance
- Enforce internal policy and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Assist with marketing initiatives alongside the existing marketing resource
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including office supplies, facilities, and administration
- Develop and maintain precedents and policies to improve efficiency and compliance
- Support Lexon requirements including EMR file reviews
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in a law firm (ideally 5+ years)
- Solid understanding of trust accounting and compliance with QLS regulations
- Confident in setting KPIs, managing performance, and reviewing file procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Payroll experience beneficial but not essential
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to enforce policy where needed
