Office Coordinator (4 days per week) 12-month fixed term contract
Based across our Pitt Street (Sydney CBD) and Marsden Street (Parramatta CBD) offices, supporting our wider Corporate Office sites.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and positive Office Coordinator who enjoys helping things run smoothly and creating a welcoming workplace for everyone.
The role reports to the Corporate Workplace Manager.

You’ll be the friendly and reliable presence who helps keep our offices running smoothly. From welcoming visitors to coordinating facilities and supporting teams, you’ll play a key role in creating a professional, safe and well-organised workplace.
You’re someone who communicates easily, keeps a smile on your face, and is happy to pitch in wherever needed to support a great team environment.
