Are you an experienced Early Learning leader ready to make a broader impact across multiple services?
At Uniting, we're looking for an inspiring and strategic Area Manager to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of Early Learning services, including Long Day Care, Preschool and OSHC services. This is an opportunity to influence quality outcomes, support service leaders, drive performance, and help shape the future of Early Learning within one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations.
About the OpportunityReporting to the Head of Early Learning, you'll lead and support a portfolio of Service Directors and Coordinators to achieve strong operational, compliance, quality, people and financial outcomes.
You'll work closely with the Early Learning Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into practical action, ensuring services deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, communities and employees.
