In this full-time role, you will provide clinical and professional leadership to the General Medical Ward at Epworth Richmond. You will lead a team who are exceptionally focused and passionate about providing best practice and person-centred care.

You will make an impact by:

  • Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care
  • Building and nurturing a strong capable workforce within the unit

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Related Post Graduate qualifications (clinical or leadership) preferred or working towards
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and customer liaison skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Contemporary knowledge of best practice in clinical nursing
  • Committed to achieving high quality clinical outcomes
  • An ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing environments at Epworth Richmond
  • Able to engage staff and promote effective teams and individual growth
  • An interest or experience in financial management and understanding of budgets
