Maternity Leave Warehouse/ Sales Administrator with view to permanency

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Headstart International as a Maternity Leave Warehouse/Sales Administrator. Initially a Maternity Leave position with view to becoming permanent. Based in Dandenong South, Victoria, this full-time role will see you supporting the warehouse operations of this dynamic organisation. Headstart is one of the largest toy companies in Australia. We supply the major retailers  and we develop toys under our brands such as Ooshies, Baby Secrets and Cubeez as well as under license from Hello Kitty, Marvel, DC, Disney, Wiggles, Sesame Street and Care Bears.

What youll be doing

• Print pick slips and manage bookings via customer and freight portals

• Upload and follow up on all PODs in Pronto

• Process credit claims and liaise with customers as needed

• Generate and manage labels and consignment notes for interstate transport

• Support general warehouse flow as required during busy periods

• Answer inbound calls, divert or action as required

• Process EDI orders and print SSCC labels 

• Process Online orders

• Manual data entry 

• Stock Queries

• Repacks - Complete repack register, create and prepare APN and TUN labels 

• Chep account Reconciliation 

What were looking for

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics support

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily dispatch requirements

• Confident working with systems such as MYOB or similar ERP platforms

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Hands-on and adaptable — willing to help out on the floor when needed
