The role:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team based in Sydney supporting retail shopping centre marketing functions. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional customer and retailer experiences across our centre. You will support community initiatives, marketing activities, and retailer sales efforts. 

Working closely with Centre Management, you will help implement service, engagement, promotional, and presentation initiatives that support performance and community connection. 

Key responsibilities:

• Assist and support the delivery of consistent centre presentation and customer experience standards.
• Support and execute centre-led community partnerships and programs.
• Work with retailers to support localised sales growth initiatives.
• Actively support the management of Casual Mall Leasing presentation.
• Build strong working relationships with Centre teams, retailers, and community groups.
• Assist to maintain centre presentation checklists and action plans.
• Assist to prepare budgets and track expenses for initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• You should have experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience in executing digital strategies to grow platforms and customer engagement is desirable.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are customer-focused with a proactive mindset and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• You can work autonomously and in a team.
• You should have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a retail, retail marketing centre, or customer service role.
