About the RoleThis newly scoped Marketing Coordinator role is designed to deliver creative, well‑organised marketing initiatives that align with both head office priorities and on‑the‑ground park‑level activity. It offers end‑to‑end ownership of BIG4’s flagship Holiday Guide—both print and digital—as well as the coordination of in‑park activations that bring the brand to life for guests. The role also supports national campaigns and partnerships, while managing internal communications across intranet updates, park marketing emails, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a broad and varied opportunity that would suit someone organised, creative and curious—an all‑rounder with initiative and energy, ready to take ownership and grow with the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will join a dynamic, and fun team with a strong internal culture, working in a trust‑based environment.
