Delta Panels is a family-owned business which has grown to be at the forefront in the manufacture and supply of high-quality insulated panel systems.
The company continues to grow and now seeks the expertise of an experienced Machine Operator & QC to assist with meeting demand. The position is Full-time with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Calibrate the machine before the production begins
Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned
Monitor and control the machine performance when running insulated panels
Regularly conduct tests of the machine's performance and operating capacity
Communicate with maintenance any issues or malfunctions that may occur
Check the output of the machines and identify any issues
Carry out additional factory hand responsibilities as requested
Maintain housekeeping of the factory
Adopt workplace Health & Safety, and responsible Environmental practices - promote WHS & Environmental culture
Skills and experience
Industry experience and proven experience as a machine operator
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength
Highly motivated and safety driven with a proven track record in productivity
Ability to meet production demand and deadlines
