Responsibilities
- Bring Lovisa’s global L&D strategy to life across retail and support centre teams.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops that enhance customer experience, leadership capability, and team performance.
- Partner with Retail Operations, People & Culture, and Franchise teams to align learning with business goals.
- Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LOLA) – driving engagement, content accuracy, and functionality.
- Create and curate engaging e-learning content and digital learning assets using authoring tools.
- Support succession planning and career pathways across global retail teams.
- Analyse learning data and insights to measure impact and improve programs.
- Contribute to leadership and induction programs, ensuring consistency and excellence across markets.
- Collaborate on communication strategies to keep our global teams informed, inspired, and connected.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations and/or Learning & Development within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Hands-on experience using or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) – preferably World Manager/YOOBIC.
- Instructional design or facilitation experience, with a creative flair for digital learning (Articulate, Rise, Synthesia experience a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to engage audiences and simplify complexity.
- A data-driven mindset – confident using learning metrics and insights to drive improvement.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach – comfortable working with pace and ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering people to succeed.
