The OpportunityAs Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team — shaping the company’s growth agenda and guiding the financial and operational direction of the business.
This is a hands-on, future-focused leadership role where you’ll have the scope to challenge, influence, and drive real outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CEO, Managing Director and ELT to deliver the company’s strategic growth plan.
- Drive initiatives that enhance working capital, utilisation, and sales performance.
- Lead financial forecasting, cash flow, and investment modelling to support business decisions.
- Strengthen reporting frameworks and deliver insights that shape commercial and strategic direction.
- Oversee IT and ERP strategy, ensuring technology supports scale and efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and systems optimisation across finance and operations.
- Support future growth through both organic expansion and M&A activity.
You’re CA/CPA qualified and bring a strong track record in senior finance leadership roles — ideally within complex, fast-evolving environments. You combine commercial insight with strategic thinking and know how to influence at the highest levels.
Confident, energetic, and highly collaborative, you’re a visible leader who inspires trust and alignment across teams. Experience in ERP implementation or IT transformation would be highly regarded.
