We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand at Pascoe Vale VIC Home to join our dedicated hospitality team and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.

About You:

• Previous kitchen, hospitality, or food service experience
• Sound knowledge of food safety practices (Food Safety Certificate preferred)
• Positive, team-focused, and customer-service oriented
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, presentation, and meal service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Support the monitoring and recording of Food Safety Program requirements
• Complete cleaning and sanitization tasks in accordance with food safety and CraigCare standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to residents
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Key Requirements:

• NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Police check clearance in case no NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Proof of Work rights in Australia
• Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
