What You'll Be Doing
As part of our dedicated Personal Services team, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff through:
Environmental Cleaning & Hygiene
Maintain high cleaning standards across patient rooms, offices, public areas, bathrooms, and external spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Food & Beverage Services
Assist with the delivery of meals, refreshments, and basic food services while following food safety requirements.
Infection Prevention & Safety
Undertake infectious cleaning and adhere to infection control procedures and workplace safety practices.
Customer Service
Provide friendly and professional support to patients, visitors, and colleagues, contributing to a positive patient experience.
Teamwork & Flexibility
Work collaboratively within the Hotel Services team and support service delivery across multiple areas of the department.
Quality & Compliance
Follow organisational policies, cleaning standards, food safety requirements, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What You Bring
- Relevant qualifications, experience, or willingness to learn.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of cleaning, infection control, and food safety practices.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across different areas of the Hotel Services Department.
