Responsibilities

• Responsible for the basic operation and maintenance of the company’s information systems (ERP, POS, etc.), including but not limited to system architecture maintenance, account and workflow configuration, access rights, and data security management.
• Oversee the implementation of the company’s IT projects, including supervision, quality control, collection of business requirements, and documentation and knowledge base management.
• Draft and maintain IT operation manuals, provide training support, track the effectiveness of training and applications, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Combine the Group’s IT operation practices and standards with local conditions, and assist in the optimization and implementation of standardization work.
• Responsible for IT operations in offices and business sites, including desktop support, troubleshooting, procurement, and management of IT equipment and materials.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership and regularly report and communicate with the Group’s headquarters IT department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant IT work experience.
• Experience in office and retail store IT operations, including troubleshooting and daily IT support (e.g., IT equipment installation and testing).
• Experience in business system operations, user support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution (e.g., POS or cashier systems).
• Ability to collect and track business system requirements, communicate effectively across departments, and coordinate upstream and downstream stakeholders.
• Some project management experience, able to complete requirement reviews, implementation, and simple maintenance.
• Strong data processing, organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
