Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Platinum Disability Support Services Pty Ltd T/A Platinum All Care Date Posted: 12th March 2026 Position: Human Resource Adviser Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum plus 12% Superannuation Hours: 38 hours per week Mode: Full-time Location: Level 2 22/242 Caroline Springs BLVD Caroline Springs VIC 3023 Experience required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Human Resources Adviser, HR Officer, or similar role Platinum All Care is a trusted provider of disability and community support services dedicated to empowering individuals and improving quality of life through compassionate, person-centred care. As our organisation continues to grow and expand its service delivery across Victoria, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Human Resource Adviser to support the development of our workforce and ensure best-practice HR management within the disability support sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while supporting the recruitment, development, and wellbeing of staff delivering essential community services. Key Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: • Provide strategic human resource advice to management on workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and organisational development within the disability and community care sector. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, SCHADS Award requirements, NDIS Practice Standards, and workplace health and safety obligations. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new disability support workers and administrative staff. • Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. • Coordinate employee induction programs and ensure staff are compliant with mandatory requirements such as NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks, and training certifications. • Monitor workforce capability and identify training needs, arranging professional development programs for support workers and administrative staff to enhance service delivery. • Maintain and analyse HR metrics including staff turnover, absenteeism, workforce utilisation, and recruitment performance to support strategic decision-making. • Assist management with workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels for disability support services across various client locations. • Provide guidance to managers on employment contracts, workplace policies, and industrial relations obligations under relevant awards and legislation. • Manage employee records, HR systems, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. • Support organisational change initiatives including restructuring, workforce expansion, and implementation of new HR systems or policies. • Promote positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives to support retention of qualified disability support staff. Qualifications: • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills & Other Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Human Resources Adviser, HR Officer, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and management. • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail. • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive employee matters with professionalism. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce metrics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. • Understanding of compliance requirements relating to NDIS standards, worker screening checks, and workplace safety is highly desirable.
