About the Role

Are you passionate about safety, training, and driving meaningful operational improvements? TDG is seeking an experienced HSEQ Adviser/Trainer to play a key role in enhancing our safety performance, building workforce capability, and supporting our teams across business units and regions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated safety professional who enjoys working both in the field and in training rooms, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable services.

Key Responsibilities

This is a field facing role, needing a hands on approach and someone who can help grow our team of leaders and workers as we go through a rapid expansion phase. The right person will also be able to support and guide the implementation of our HSEQ systems across the South Australian operations.

  • Induction & In-field Coaching/Mentoring
  • In-house training and education
  • Verification of Competency (VOC) processes
  • Assist managers to ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and operational excellence
  • Field Support and engagement with our Customer HSEQ teams
  • Incident Management and Investigations
  • Workers Compensation oversight
About You

You are energetic, positive with a can do approach. You like dynamic environments with a focus on flexibility and adaption. You can work independently.

Experience
  • Prior industry or related industry experience (highly desired)
  • Experience in delivering training to workers in class-rooms, face to face and on job
  • Return-to-work and claims management experience
Qualifications
  • Cert IV WHS (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
  • RTW Coordinator (desired)
