About the RoleAre you passionate about safety, training, and driving meaningful operational improvements? TDG is seeking an experienced HSEQ Adviser/Trainer to play a key role in enhancing our safety performance, building workforce capability, and supporting our teams across business units and regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated safety professional who enjoys working both in the field and in training rooms, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a field facing role, needing a hands on approach and someone who can help grow our team of leaders and workers as we go through a rapid expansion phase. The right person will also be able to support and guide the implementation of our HSEQ systems across the South Australian operations.
You are energetic, positive with a can do approach. You like dynamic environments with a focus on flexibility and adaption. You can work independently.
ExperienceThis is a role which will give a HSEQ professional a dynamic, autonomous role that allows growth and development. You will be the face of HSEQ in South Australia.
You are part of a Group team who can support and assist you, but you lead the South Australian effort. It combines engagement with senior leaders (GM’s and Operations Managers) as well as field facing with workers.
You will represent and engage with industry and customer peers.
