About the Role\n

This newly created role is responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation and continuous improvement of Accent Group’s HR systems.

\n

Partnering with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and external vendors, you’ll drive system enhancements, improve business processes, deliver meaningful reporting and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to create a better experience for our teams.

Key responsibilities include:\n
    \n
  • Own and optimise Accent Group’s HR systems and technology roadmap.
  • \n
  • Act as the business SME for HR systems.
  • \n
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation projects.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with the HR and payroll teams and other key stakeholders to determine HRIS needs, identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • \n
  • Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, security, user access and data integrity.
  • \n
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology and external vendors to deliver continuous improvements.
  • \n
  • Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and insights to support business decisions.
  • \n
  • Ensure data accuracy through auditing and reconciliation processes.
  • \n
  • Analyse trends to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • \n
  • Drive process automation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using technology and AI.
  • \n
  • Provide system support, training and subject matter expertise across the business.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and payroll requirements
  • \n

To be successful you will have:

You’ll be a systems-focused HR professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and delivering exceptional user experiences.

\n

You’ll also bring:

\n
    \n
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise HR systems within a large organisation.
  • \n
  • Strong experience with Dayforce, iChris Payroll and Zendesk (highly regarded).
  • \n
  • Exposure to other HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is advantageous.
  • \n
  • Experience leading HR systems projects, upgrades or digital transformation initiatives.
  • \n
  • Experience leading HR systems projects, implementations or major enhancements.
  • \n
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills with experience producing HR reporting and dashboards.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
  • \n
