The position involves leading and developing a team of IT professionals, designing and implementing IT strategies and shaping the digital future of our market leading, progressive services business across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is paramount in ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, collaborating with various depts. to align IT initiatives with our business goals. We are consolidating functions to guide the future of our organisation, which is currently heavily reliant upon a proprietary operating platform.
The day-to-day focus of this role will be to drive the growth and success of the IT division, while introducing innovation, systems and processes that will assist in directing the businesses future success.
As our Head of Information and Technology you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our information technology infrastructure, operations, and security.
To consolidate our business, we are seeking to maximize the systems we have through better education, training, optimisation, and user acceptance, whilst ensuring the heart of the business is brought into a single ERP.
