We're looking for Graduate Civil and Structural Engineers to join our 2026 Graduate Program in Perth. 

We have a range of roles available across the following business groups:

Bridges We have one of the only dedicated Bridge groups in Australia. An opportunity to work on the full life cycle of bridges and civil structures through concept select, detailed design, construction support, asset management; including inspection, load rating, repairs, life extension and strengthening and back to the start with replacement structures. You will work with and learn from best-in-class engineers, designers, modellers and inspectors on bridges and structures which literally connect people, communities and resources.

Dams & TailingsDams and tailings engineering requires understanding and control of the enormous forces and potential energy of water and slurry. From foundation and seismic assessments through to geotechnical, hydrological, hydraulic, mechanical, and structural design GHD has been involved in dams since the company's birth more than 90 years ago.

StructuresOur WA Structures team works on everything from cutting-edge buildings to vital infrastructure across Defence, Industrial, Transport, Water, Mining and Resources sectors. Based in Perth but connected globally, we design safe, efficient, and resilient structures that strengthen communities and create lasting benefits. As a graduate, you'll help deliver projects that matter, grow your technical expertise, and see your ideas take shape on site.

Transport InfrastructureJoin GHD's WA Transport Infrastructure team and launch your career with over 65 passionate professionals delivering full-spectrum expertise in planning, engineering design, and construction services. Our team has been at the forefront of WA's most transformative projects including Metronet rail developments, Tonkin Highway Upgrades (including the current Tonkin Extension Project), Perth Airport, and major renewable and mining initiatives—offering you the opportunity for hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle. Water GHD's Water team Water team leads the WA industry in the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure, hydrology and surface water management through to hydrogeology expertise in groundwater investigation and management. We pride ourselves showing up for our clients as a partner who is prepared to listen and develop create solutions, helping them prepare for now and what may occur in the future.
