The Role As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, guest experience, and business growth. Youll lead from the front, overseeing front-of-house services, team performance, financial compliance, and property presentation—ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay, every time.    This role is ideal for a motivated individual or couple, with part-time work available for a partner.    What Were Offering
  • $75,000 - $80,000 (Single candidate)
  • $110,000 - $115,000 (Couple with one part-time)
  • Onsite 2-bedroom Managers apartment included (utilities covered)
  • Flexible salary package based on experience

Responsibilities Include: (Full position description provided on application)
  • Full hands-on management of the propertys day-to-day operations
  • Oversee front office, reservations, guest arrivals & departures
  • Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Lead and support a team of casual staff
  • Drive occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Support marketing efforts with the Marketing Manager
  • Maintain OH&S standards for guests and staff
  • Financial and compliance reporting
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role managing motels/apartments
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team culture
  • Financial acumen and business-savvy mindset
  • Proficient with front office systems and hospitality software
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
