About the Position
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, and Breakfast on the Terrace.
Duties include but are not limited to:
RSA certification is required.
About YouWe are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment (3-6 months of previous experience). Good knowledge of wine or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
