The Opportunity

Joining our robust fleet division this role will support the wider Black Cat Civil team with ensuring compliance and tracking of all plant, equipment and vehicles.

This role would ideally suit someone with the below previous experience

• High volume data administrative role
• Experience working with compliance and cost tracking of plant and equipment
• Maintaining various databases to ensure compliance accuracy
• Experience using The Fleet Office or similar fleet maintenance system

Key responsibilities include:

• File management, both hard and electronic
• Data entry across various systems and databases
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
• Booking inspections within QLD, NT & WA transport regulators
• Maintaining and scheduling services of plant and equipment across the business
• Supporting the Fleet Manager and fleet team with administrative tasks
• Preparing payroll data for the financial team

Desired skills & experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the mining and construction industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks amongst competing deadlines
• High level reporting including financial, fleet maintenance and sub-contractor management
• Great attitude to continue our fleet teams success
