Gorilla Grind, part of HBH Group, operates a vibrant mobile cafe in Brendale and is seeking an experienced Food Truck Operator / Barista for a casual 20–30 hour week. You will prepare and serve coffee and food, drive the food truck to locations, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.
This role requires setup and pack-down, adherence to food safety, order processing, and creating a welcoming customer experience.
