The Role

• Lead the development of innovative, brand-defining creative across seasonal campaigns, product launches, editorial content, and activations
• Build and communicate strong creative concepts that push boundaries while staying true to brand DNA
• Art‑direct photoshoots and video content end‑to‑end, collaborating with stylists, photographers, producers, and the wider creative studio
• Partner closely with design, marketing, e‑comm, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across every channel
• Inspire and mentor a talented in‑house creative team, fostering a culture of design excellence and curiosity

• Proven experience in art direction within fashion and or lifestyle
• A standout portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, shoot direction, and powerful visual storytelling
• Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate cultural insights into compelling creative
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with confidence presenting concepts to senior stakeholders
