We are seeking a compassionate, driven and relationship-focused Key Worker to join our Southwest Sydney team. This is a unique opportunity to walk alongside parents experiencing vulnerability, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, strengthen family wellbeing and create brighter futures for themselves and their children.
As a Key Worker, you will manage a caseload of approximately 15 families and provide personalised, responsive and practical support tailored to each family's circumstances.
You will build trusted relationships with young parents, helping them navigate complex service systems while celebrating their strengths, achievements and aspirations. Every day brings opportunities to make a genuine impact on the lives of children and families.
About the program:
The Key Worker Program supports parents who may be experiencing complex challenges, including housing instability, financial hardship, domestic and family violence, mental health concerns, social isolation, disability or other vulnerabilities.
Working within a Hybrid Child and Family Hub model, the program provides a coordinated, family-centred and strengths-based approach. Key Workers partner closely with Child and Family Health Nurses and a network of community services to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
The goal is to strengthen family safety, wellbeing, independence and long-term outcomes for children and young parents.
