We are seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to provide person‑centred supports to a participant based in Edgewater. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide daily living assistance in line with the participant’s support plan.
• Administer insulin in accordance with clinical requirements and organisational policy (insulin competency is mandatory).
• Assist with medication prompting, personal care, meal preparation, and community access.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reporting.
• Uphold NDIS Practice Standards, duty of care, and safeguarding requirements.

• Current insulin competency certificate or demonstrated competency in insulin administration.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if required).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong reliability, communication, and participant‑focused approach.
