Lead the Day Shift. Drive the Outcome.Allspec Engineering Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Workshop Supervisor (Day Shift) based in Hope Valley, Perth.
Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, you will oversee the day shift operations — ensuring production targets are met, teams are effectively managed, and projects progress safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supervision, coordination, and accountability — not working on the tools.

What You Bring to the TableTo qualify, you will need to be a trade-qualified Boilermaker with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in heavy structural steel fabrication. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a workshop environment will also be essential.
