We are searching for a Practice Manager in Narre Warren who wants to work in a collaborative veterinary environment, driving patient care, supporting clients, and caring for our dedicated teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating a positive, enjoyable work environment and aligning with the team’s passion for pets. This role suits both new and experienced professionals, with ample support from your regional manager.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Leading the Clinic Team alongside the Lead Vet and Head Nurse, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and openness.
  2. Managing clinical scheduling for efficiency.
  3. Recruiting in collaboration with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager, Head Nurse, and recruitment team.
  4. Creating fair rosters, managing timesheets, and responding to business needs and budgets.
  5. Making balanced decisions considering clinical and commercial outcomes.
  6. Managing inventory, cash, and stock processes.
  7. Maintaining high standards of veterinary and nursing care, promoting preventative healthcare.
  8. Ensuring a safe, psychologically and physically, working environment.
  9. Driving a customer-focused culture with excellent service standards.
  10. Communicating effectively with clients, vets, and team members regarding inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
