About the Role

• Manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Director's to deliver focused services and achieve a high level of performance in the demanding service delivery environment.
• Organise, coordinate, and manage all administrative aspects of the Director's in a professional manner, including screening incoming calls, diary management, organising travel, coordinating recruitment processes, and managing an effective office records management system.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with clients and staff at all levels of the organisation exhibiting tact, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality with information.
