We are dedicated to helping patients achieve peak physical performance and helping the weekday warrior heal from recovery. We are a supportive, close-knit team striving to deliver exceptional customer service and personalised care to everyone who walks through our door.

We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our team for a part-time/casual position (3 days a week). Reception Duties: Schedule appointments, manage the phone and emails. Process billing and Medicare claims. Work as a team and support smooth daily operations. Greet patients and maintain a high level of customer service.

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Previous experience in medical admin is highly regarded

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident working independently and as part of a small team

Experience using Apple computers and Gentu (medical software) is highly regarded (training provided if needed)

Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
