Cyber Security Policy Officer
Role type: Ongoing / Permanent
Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8 - ($113,574 - $125,720) plus superannuation and annual leave leading.
Location: Sydney CBD, with hybrid working conditions in line with DCS Flexible Working Policy
About the roleThe Cyber Security Policy Officer works as part of the Strategy, Policy and Government Relations team in Sydney to contribute to cyber security policy and engagement project development. You will provide analysis, advice and recommendations to support organisational and/or government cyber security initiatives and commitments. Ideal candidates will also have experience in providing administrative support and reporting for the activities of technical teams.

About the teamThe Uplift, Advisory & Engagement (UA&E) team delivers operational, strategic and policy support to Cyber Security NSW and the wider NSW Government on cyber security matters. UA&E uplifts the cyber security posture through tailored advice, security assessments and other initiatives to drive a cyber-aware culture.
