The Pastry Cook reports directly to the Pastry Sous Chef and offers an energetic and exciting hands‑on approach to flawless product execution in an environment focused on safety and culinary excellence.

A few of your responsibilitiesYou are passionate and creative, willing to share your skills and expertise in guiding and shaping those who are new to the pastry kitchen. With exceptional communication skills, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and management as well as interacting with our customers. You bring a proactive, positive attitude to every task and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Your role will be pivotal for The Star Sydney Pastry Kitchen’s success.
