About The Role

In this Commercial Analyst role at Tetra Tech Coffey, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial insights to key stakeholders to support our growth. This role will work closely with the FP&A team, the regional management team, and broader operational teams, making a difference to the business by monitoring and managing the financial performance of the region.

Youll Be Responsible For

  • Providing financial and commercial support by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly forecasting, analysis, reporting and commentary.
  • Tracking KPI’s and producing management reports to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coordination of the annual budgeting process including regional presentation packs.
  • Providing commercial support for business cases, tenders, and projects.
  • Supporting project managers and administrators with training, understanding ‘the numbers’ and driving best practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis within commercial environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to coherently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently to solve challenges.
  • A practical understanding of project management techniques.
  • Technological savviness, with the ability to navigate new digital software.
