Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Work Health and Safety and Injury Management (WHS&IM), the Claims and Data Officer role plays a key part in delivering a fair, efficient, and cost-effective claims, compensation, and return-to-work service across Regional Local Health Networks (LHNs).

As a Claims and Data Officer, youll work closely under expert supervision to manage a portfolio of low-risk, short-term cases, ensuring timely, equitable, and effective claims handling. Youll be at the heart of the action—processing and promptly paying accounts, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the SIMS system, including new claims, account details, income maintenance, injury management contacts, and rehabilitation progress.

This is a part time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
