About the role Kelley Covey Group Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Civil Designer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a full-time civil designer/engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, contributing your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. What you'll be doing Producing detailed civil engineering designs, including plans, drawings and specifications for a variety of projects such as roads, drainage systems, utilities and site developments Conducting engineering analyses, feasibility studies and technical investigations to support project planning and delivery Collaborating with project stakeholders, clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in civil design and project delivery Proficiency in the use of civil engineering software, such as Auto CAD, Civil 3 D and hydraulic modelling tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with relevant Australian standards, codes and regulations A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes What we offer At Kelley Covey Group Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
