We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an ASX-listed exploration company advancing a portfolio of high-potential critical minerals projects across South and North America and Australia, and driving new project generation to create shareholder value.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership and operational direction across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Driving corporate strategy and delivering on growth objectives.
Overseeing exploration and project development activities.
Building strategic partnerships with investors, government, and industry stakeholders.
Leading capital raising and market engagement initiatives.
Managing governance, compliance, and ASX-related obligations.
Developing a strong organisational culture focused on performance and integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams and manage cross-functional operations
Preferred if skilled in material technology licensing, partnership development, and commercial negotiations
Experience representing companies to investors and strategic partners
Strong understanding of corporate governance, financial oversight, and capital raising
Proven executive leadership within the mining or critical minerals sector.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Experience engaging with investors, regulators, and strategic partners.
Track record of successfully delivering exploration or development programs.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
