About the role We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Goulburn Railway Bowling Club in Goulburn, NSW. As our Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This full-time position is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for the hospitality industry. What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Develop and implement innovative menu items that showcase your culinary expertise Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations Work closely with the management team to identify and implement cost-saving measures Participate in menu planning and costing to optimise profitability Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety protocols What we're looking for Diploma or above in Kitchen or Hospitality Management.
