Forge Solutions are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to lead their national bid function - owning strategy, pipeline management and submission delivery across Disaster Management, Energy and Modular Construction.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced bid, preconstruction or business development professional to step into a highly visible leadership role and directly influence the future growth of the organisation.
The OpportunityThis is very much a strategy-led role. Less about writing bids yourself and more about shaping how the business wins work.
You'll take ownership of the national tender pipeline, lead bid/no-bid decisions, develop winning strategies, influence commercial positioning and provide leadership to bid and estimating teams. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive growth across Forge's expanding service lines.
