About the Role
The position is responsible for delivering an informed, fair, and timely claims management service across a personal motor claims product.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Supporting the delivery of exceptional broker customer service and the implementation of plans to drive a high level of performance across the team.
The ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and ensure efficient and productive team and claim outcomes.
Providing ongoing support, coaching and development to staff, and undertaking the performance and career development planning.
Communicate and maintain claims KPI's and ensure the team adheres to compliance standards.
Complaint resolution as the final escalation point before Internal Dispute Resolution.
About You
Strong knowledge of Insurance Claims disciplines, practices, and products as well as knowledge of the Insurance industry regulatory requirements (mandatory).
Motor claim proficiency (mandatory).
Experience in dealing with Broker Networks, repairers, assessors, and direct customers.
Proven team management & leadership skills.
Understanding of Claims handling authority, Claims Manual and Service Level Agreements.
