About the role and you:

We are a looking for a vibrant and fun Assistant Store Manager at our Sydney CBD boutique, who can lead a team in a premium environment. 

We are open to current seniors/supervisors/ASMs looking to progress to that management role youve always aspired to. We look for excited and passionate people who relate to luxury goods and enjoy being surrounded by a like-minded team. Your success in previous retail roles have demonstrated that your customer and team focus have enabled you to smash business expectations. 

Your success will be based upon being vibrant, spirited and creative, such that those surrounding you will feel inspired to be part of a fun and hardworking team. 

Skills required:

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager , supervisor or Senior

• Surpassing KPI and store targets

• Imaginative ability in visual merchandising

• Ability to drive sales and profitability

• Inspire a team and manage performances

• Excitement for leisure related apparel and accessories

• Great communication 

• Providing clients with high end customer service
