The roleOur valued State Government client is looking for an enthusiastic AO2 Customer Experience Officer to join their Customer Engagement Team. You'll be the first point of contact, helping customers via phone, email, and webchat while providing accurate information and support.

Assignment detailsThis temporary assignment runs from 20 October 2025 through to the end of January 2026, starting with approximately two weeks of training from 8.30am to 4.00pm (35 hours per week). Following training, hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with some weeks extending to 8.00pm, and total weekly hours of 36.25-38 including potential overtime during peak periods. The role is paid $38.90 per hour plus super. You must be available every day of the assignment except during the Christmas campus closure from 22 December to 2 January. The position is based at South Bank and other Brisbane campuses, and smart business casual attire is required.
