Chu the Phat's cuisine is inspired by the streets of Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong and Executive Chef Brendon Barker of the renowned Brisbane restaurant Madame Wu.

We are searching for Chefs and Cooks to join the team at Chu the Phat. We are looking for talented people to drive our kitchen and culinary program forward. To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

• Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards

• Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP

• Flexible availability of a 7 day/night roster

In addition for Qualified Chefs:

• Trade qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles

• Experience leading staff during service
