We’re a team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and fast‑growing, and we’re looking for an Affiliates Executive to join our performance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in client relationships and campaign delivery, especially in the retail and ecommerce space.

You’ll work closely with Affiliates Managers to manage the day‑to‑day running of client campaigns across various Affiliates platforms and publishers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape activity, guide reporting, and work directly with clients to bring strategies to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute the affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients, including uploading offers to platforms, negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners
• Coordinate campaign activity, analyse performance, generate reports, and deliver end‑of‑month summaries
• Help problem‑solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
• Assist the Senior Affiliates Manager in developing Pattern’s affiliates product offering in line with best practice and setting standards for new and emerging channels
