Our client, a large NSW Government organisation, is seeking a HR Specialist to join the team (Formal title: HR Change Management Specialist).
This position is responsible for the delivery of change processes within a designated list of projects. These encompass restructures, job and role changes, staff transfers, re‑gradings and reporting line changes across all departments and emanating from a wide variety of business changes and projects. The HR Business Partner ensures effective business partnerships through strong customer engagement, coaching and developing manager capability.
