Our goal is to build a strong, connected and capable team that supports community with confidence, care and cultural integrity.
About the Role This is a permanent full-time opportunity (35 hours per week) with travel required across the region.
The Family Connect and Support (FCS) program is a whole-of-family early intervention service supporting children, young people and families who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, vulnerability. The role requires strong cultural leadership, sound risk assessment capability and the ability to build collaborative relationships across community and service systems.
Key responsibilities include:

Approving financial requests and brokerage supports
Building strong interagency relationships and community partnerships
Developing and managing outreach strategies responsive to local community needs
Supporting culturally safe, strengths-based practice across the service
About You
This is an identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification authorised under Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
